My name is Kendra Brim and I’m a woman who wears many hats. One is a former student-athlete. I'm from Buffalo, NY and 29 years old. I played basketball since I was 6 years old and I received a D1 Basketball Scholarship to Colgate University. While a student-athlete, you're traveling, gaining notoriety, and receiving free gear. It’s all great, but what happens when you hear the last whistle, the lights go dim and, and you’re in the real world? I created this blog to let student-athletes know that there is life after college and you can succeed no matter what path you take. You will hear from other former student athletes and their stories.
